Return & Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION
At HOMEDY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. RETURNS

1.1. Eligibility
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. This is in line with Malaysia’s cooling-off period for online purchases under the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2012.

1.2. Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for a refund unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, we will accept the return even if the packaging is opened or the item is used.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. Contact Us
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@homedy.com.my with your order number and reason for the return.

2.2. Return Authorization
Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

2.3. Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Include the return authorization number inside the package.

3. REFUNDS

3.1. Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

3.2. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

3.3. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error. However, if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

4. EXCHANGES

4.1. Exchanging Items
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

5.1. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5.2. Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
